Client Overview

IBS is a real pain in the gut. Getting to the root of the issue with Irritable Bowel Syndrome can be pretty crappy, and knowing what to eat when everything seems to worsen the problem is real...well...sh*t.

Joanna has been there. As an IBS specialist with IBS herself, she knows what's it's like and what steps you can take to alleviate symptoms. It all comes down to your diet, your lifestyle, and most importantly, what's happening in your noggin'. Anxiety, stress and major life changes can all work towards stirring your gut, and it's Joanna's mission to spread the word: The gut-brain axis is real!

Alongside information on IBS and how your brain plays into IBS symptoms, Joanna also has some great low FODMAP recipes for those meal planning while on the diet and some awesome resources to download.

Project Objective

Our goal is to build a thriving and engaging social media presence for Everyday Nutrition, positioning Joanna and her team as trusted experts in gut health and food intolerances. This isn't just about sharing recipes; it's about building an online community, educating and empowering individuals, and driving clients to their services.

The social media strategy was made to reflect Joanna's expertise, passion, and personal experience with IBS, creating a sense of empathy and understanding. Content should be informative, practical, and relatable, offering valuable insights into gut health, food intolerances, and the low FODMAP diet. They should also reflect Joanna's great sense of relatable humor.

Ultimately, the goal is to establish Everyday Nutrition as the go-to resource for gut health information and support across Australia, driving brand awareness, increasing client inquiries, and expanding their reach to help more people make peace with food and having IBS.
