Recommendation: Build an e-Commerce website that serves as a brand-website. This would allow Who Ate All The Pies to showcase their beautiful-crafted pies, to portray Steven’s passion for pies, and to tell the story behind the brand.
e-Commerce integration: This Allowed Who Ate All The Pies a secondary sales channel. Additionally, allowed Steven to directly connect with his customer base in a way he couldn’t do via a wholesale distributor. Xero integration allowed the client to focus on what was happening in the factory – where his passion was!
